The resort is well maintained, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and professional throughout the stay. The coastal setting is stunning — unfortunately it rained during our visit, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the beach, which was the only regret. That said, the overall experience was still excellent, and I would absolutely love to return on a sunnier day.

Service seems to be slipping at many places from retail and restaurants to hotels and travel, but the Waldorf delivered service that was top notch. Our room was beautiful with luxurious bedding and robes, the pools and hot tubs were excellent, our dining was delicious and we loved the Singing Bowls Meditation activity. It was super hard to leave! Staff that made a positive impression included Alex, Lauren and Carlos as well as the entire wait staff at the restaurants, the tram drivers, bellhops and even the person offering turn down service. What a fantastic experience, thanks to Waldorf for taking care of us.
