  Our room had a nice view of the ocean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dana point is located in a great location, near San Juan Capistrano Mission L, outlet mall and of course the beach. We really appreciate the hospitality, restaurant/food and nice bar for relaxing. It was perfect.

  The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would happily stay here again. The lounge spaces are great for entertaining visitors as well.

  Nice hotel, EXPENSIVE parking, not walkable to anything in less than a quarter to half mile. Limited food offering, no free coffee.

  My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish at this hotel. After a seven-hour drive, we arrived at 3:50 PM to check in and were told we would not be allowed to check in until exactly 4:00 PM, just ten minutes later. There was no flexibility or courtesy extended, even after a long day of travel. We were also surprised to learn they charge $50 per night simply to keep your car on the property, even for self parking. To make matters worse, we called room service to request washcloths so we could quickly shower and make it to a wedding event. The washcloths were never delivered, and we were later told they were unable to get ahold of the staff. The rooms were also not clean, we had stained sheets and the toilets were very dirty. Overall, the lack of accommodation, communication, and basic service made this a very frustrating and unpleasant stay.

  Love the VIEWS! Nice clean place. Has fridge and micro. Got room with two beds, included a couch. Lots of room and balcony with chairs and side table. Hallways plenty of natural light and windows. Small terraces around buidling to sit outside and relax. They were just finishing redoing driveway to front area. They have an upper bar area with eats that was closed when we visited, but had a lower bar area with food and drinks. Parking is underground of hotel. You can walk straigh across street to beach. Staff was friendly and bellhops were very helpful. Tipping for room cleaning is noted. They promote various fun outdoor activities. Good place for all ages and groups. Wasn't noisy during our visit. Bathroom worked fine for us. Lots nearby like San Juan Capistrano Mission and a Costco. Many food choices as Dana Point is within reach too.
