Very pleasant surprise. When I pulled up and it was next to a mobile home park and off the 55 I was a bit nervous. But once inside this place is spotless. Evidence of pride with management. Underground nice parking. Very close to Newport Beach and all the great spots and of course the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend this spot.

This place was by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at the employees change there names when it suits them we were threatened to have room cancelled because i sent my card twice because i put wrong expiration date first time and they said i was suspicious and they were cancel ny room when i was ten minutes away. when we got there our room was filled with ants different outlets and light switches didn’t work, the hallways for the full first night smelled like a sewage like broke or something or some was smoking crack in the room

This is the type of trip to really make me reevaluate where I spend my money and what is worth! This place isn’t worth it for the ants, the horrible service, and honestly insane smells. Before we even arrived the hotel gave us multiple problems and couldn’t provide the price we were told.We asked for a manager to get in contact with us for everytime it to be our fault for not calling after leaving notes, call back numbers, and everything was continuously disregarded to be told it’s our fault consistently. I’ve only gone to hilton but I don’t know if i’ll be back.

I recently stayed here for a stay cation as I needed to be close to South Orange County. It’s perfect to go to the beach, South Coast Mall and Fashion Island. I traveled further south to enjoy my staycation as well.
Liz and Jesse both were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel parking is limited on ground level but there is underground parking as well.
The rooms were clean and spaces. I had the studio 1 king bedroom.
Parking is free as well as breakfast served 6:30am-9:30am. They do run out of things by 8:45am; just be mindful of that.
I really loved that it was quiet in my room. Didn’t have to deal with much noise which is very important to me.
There is a nice gym but no pool. I don’t usually swim at hotels unless it’s a resort. I’m ok without it.
I would definitely stay here again if I need something affordable where I’m rarely in my room.
