Check in process was quick and easy, Alexander explained the easiest way to get to my room. At the end of our conversation he asked me if there was anything else I would be needing for the evening, that was so kind and thoughtful. Because if Alexander, I will be returning. The room was very spacious, very clean, and bed was very comfortable. Charged parking was a bit much, but everything else was great.

- SRSallie RawlingsOct 20, 20255.0Our class had a Reunion at the Crowne Plaza and we had been working with their staff for about a year. Alex Vu, the Sales Manager made the whole process seamless. We communicated often and the event went off without a hitch. We also met a couple of times with the catering manager, Ignacio Contreras to determine our menu. The food was fabulous and everyone raved about it! I also want to give a shout out to Alexander and Javier who worked the front desk. They were so very friendly and accommodating. The venue, the food, the staff and the service was better than we anticipated. All of our attendees commented how much they loved the event. We will be planning our next reunion here soon!

I've called them every day about charging my credit card incorrectly and they won't resolve it. From the front desk, to accounting/billing, management you name it BEWARE! You'll end up spending way more than what you asked for.
