    Bad Service. They have water problems! and representatives are Limited to just said Sorry others room are calling with the same issue. We are fixing it right now. And they don’t. I open a complaint through Expedia and when Expedia contacted them, they denied the issue. I am trying to do a bad review on their website but it doesn’t let me.

    Super staff. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was excellent. The chef knows how to cook a poached egg properly - the white was firm and the yolk runny.

    Very nice hotel at a fair price and good location. Rooms are clean and spacious and the location was quiet even though the area itself is quite busy. The only complaint was the height of the toilet, which was ridiculously low. It's not something I have ever commented on before in any accommodation I've stayed in but this was really low. You will get wet using this thing male or female.

    Went in Superbowl Sunday to stay close to my work and Alexander at the front desk was more than accommodating. He price matched hopper and discounted parking due to my 945pm check in. We had a view of the WATER......(pool) and WATERGRILL :) as we requested to have a scenic view for our quick overnight stay. The room was clean, bedsheets were fresh and overall the best option for us to have quick stay. I would definitely recommend the stay here for long term for overseas guests and for families. If I can give more than 5 stars to Alexander I definitely would.

    UPDATE - At this point is it mostly about the follow through not being completed. I WISH THIS WAS EASIER AND GOING BETTER, I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED. They promised me a refund, then charged me more and then instead of the $90 refund they promised me refunded me $70. Refunded $70 instead of $90 No hot water in the morning! Their excuse was that other people were using the water. More drama and excuses and then accusations from their staff and then false promises from their staff. I stay here twice a year to visit family. From here on out I will stay at the Hilton across the street.
