They promised me a refund, then charged me more and then instead of the $90 refund they promised me refunded me $70. Refunded $70 instead of $90 No hot water in the morning! Their excuse was that other people were using the water. More drama and excuses and then accusations from their staff and then false promises from their staff. I stay here twice a year to visit family. From here on out I will stay at the Hilton across the street.

The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast menu offers a wide variety of high-quality food. Parking is convenient "right next to the 405 highway" though it’s not free, so keep that in mind. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Their smiles and attentiveness made our stay feel special. You know you’ve picked the right place when you actually remember the staff’s names. Shoutout to Alexander and the breakfast attendant who went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of! The only reason I gave 4 stars to the room is that the room felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Having said that, the shower "most important to me" was fantastic, with great water pressure and perfectly hot water. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, and I’d happily stay here again.
