However, I was floored by the attention to detail, cleanliness, room accomodations and patience of the staff answering all my questions. I have traveled worldwide and this Best Western was THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had. For less than half the cost of the higher end hotels I mentioned, I have found my new home away from home.

Norm is without a doubt a consummate professional who takes exceptional care of his guests. To be honest with you, I wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t for Norm. People like him belong in the service industry and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is top notch from start to finish. Give this man a raise. The hotel itself is generally solid. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the linens are decent, the beds are very comfortable, the amenities are above average for a hotel of this caliber and overall, the place is run well. It can get noise if you’re facing the 55 but there are plenty of rooms that keep the peace and give you a good nights rest. The coffee machine is a highlight, plenty of snacks and beverages are available at the front desk mini mart, parking is plentiful and free, the breakfast nook is decent but nothing to write home about. The cleaning staff are on point. A solid place.
