  This adorable hotel is a hidden gem. The grounds are clean and very neatly maintained. Excellent items included with daily fee include breakfast, snacks, beach chairs, and beach towels. Location is excellent!! Right across the street from the beautiful beach and Hotel del Coronado. Numerous restaurants within close walking distance. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived due to an early flight. They stored our luggage so we could explore and called us when it was ready. The only negative thing I would mention is our bathroom/shower area was very small and hard to turn around and cut on the shower with the way the door opened.i would definitely stay here again. We are sad to leave!

  Great customer service and breakfast! They allowed us to check in to our room 2 hours earlier. When we weren’t satisfied with the location of our room, they were able to switch us to a room with a balcony over looking the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

  Raj must be commended for his excellent concierge service at the Glorietta Bay Inn on Coronado Island. His attention to detail, historical knowledge and customer service is unparalleled in today's day and age. His employer is lucky to have him. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus. The location near the beach and complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and towels helped make our stay memorable. We will definitely return to the Inn.

  Absolutely obsessed with GBI! I have been coming here since I was a baby, now for the first time without my parents at 22 years old. Celebrated my 5 year anniversary with my boyfriend. Full circle moment, seriously. This place is my heaven, my paradise. The staff and employees have always been wonderful. The energy here is unmatched, you feel so at peace, and Claudia (manager) is just the best! We hope to come back very soon. We had a wonderful wonderful trip!

  I worked with the sales team on a small room block, and they were phenomenal. The level of customer service behind the scenes is something we don’t always experience as corporate planners, and it truly stood out. I’d especially like to shout out Jordan Tran, who was a pleasure to work with. She demonstrated the utmost professionalism from contracting through billing and made the entire process seamless. Cheers to this wonderful hotel!
