  It's a lovely hotel with a charming theme and very attentive staff. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I had a few issues with the cleanliness of my room, although they resolved it quickly. I must emphasize that all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think that if they implemented a cleaning control or inspection in all establishments, it would be perfect, as it has a good price, a good location, is very quiet, and has friendly and welcoming staff.

  This hotel was in an annoying place, over an hour to get into LA due to traffic so it’s really just not the best spot if you’re trying to enjoy LA. The rooms are decent, nothing very exceptional. The housekeepers always sent me to the front desk to receive towels or anything else unless they were actively cleaning my room which was annoying if I needed something simple like towels. The manager, Corina, has a pretty snobby attitude though, always showing up after 10/11 and leaving early in the afternoon, not responsive to phone calls or voicemails. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, extremely dirty behind the fridge and furniture, and the doors to the bedroom never shut. There were also issues with pest control as multiple bugs, small lizards and even mice were seen around the hotels and in the hallways. Not a great place

  TOP-NOTCH HOTEL! Daniel checked me in within 5 mins --- one of the quickest times EVER (thanks Expedia)! Didn't get to use the gym, nor the 🏀 court, nor the workstation and missed out on the evening get-together . . . had to work and only stayed a day! 😠 The room layout was a mess! Swivel TV in a place where no matter where you were (bed or sofa) you had to watch at a peculiar, non-facilitating angle! Also, bring back the individual soaps and accoutrements please! I NEVER trust those DISPENSERS with who knows what some SURLY people can put in those things! YES, PEOPLE CAN ACCESS THEM! Other than that, for the price I paid, CLEANLINESS was NOT a problem . . . Top-Notch, in my opinion! Oh, breakfast was good, but you have a SODA MACHINE right there! Turn it on for people like ME who don't want ☕🧃🥛 please! Thank you in advance!

  It was okay, I had stayed here about 8 years ago and it was great, but you can tell they have not taken good care of it. There were stains on the ceilings and carpets. You can tell that the couch needs to be replaced, it was sunk in. One bed had a metal piece sticking out that the sheet cover was ripped from how sharp it was, I’m glad my kids didn’t get hurt, I didn’t notice it until we were leaving. They didn’t even come and clean the room once for the 4 days we were there. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper twice. They never came and took out our trash. We had to pack it up and leave it outside our door for housekeeping to take it. The only positives, front desk staff was nice and beds were comfortable and the location was great.
