  Stayed 1 night, was much better than Motel 6 and for not much more in price. price. Breakfast was good as well Rooms are nice and spacious

  Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads tighter and more impactful: ⸻ From the staff to the rooms, my experience here was extremely disappointing. No one was friendly or helpful, which set the tone right away. The exterior walkways to the rooms were filthy. There were cigarette butts and garbage everywhere. It honestly looks like the sidewalks and stairs haven’t been pressure washed in a long time, which made it feel neglected and uninviting. While my room was clean, it was very dated. Unfortunately, I was also placed in a room right next to the freeway, and the traffic noise throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, there were no bath towels in my room. When I went to the lobby to request some, I was given a random assortment of what seemed like floor towels and very small bath towels, which felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I travel frequently for work, and although this location is convenient to our office, I would rather deal with traffic than stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—the hospitality truly is a 10/10. My husband and I loved our room; it was absolutely beautiful and made our trip so special. While I didn’t catch the name of the wonderful woman who assisted with our reservation, she was a total star! We look forward to staying with you again on our next trip to California. Thank you for everything!

  I really hope. Nick ( the manager) reads this message. Got to this location around 2:15pm to check in. I did request a first floor room. The unpleasant. Unprofessional rude front desk girl. A heavy set. She wouldn’t say her name said you need to wait till 3 pm because rooms were being cleaned . Which is perfectly ok. I was in the parking lot facing the rooms and no one was cleaning. So. 3 pm went back in to check in. Same heavyset girl said nope. Go wait another 30mins. Because they are checking rooms now. Checking? Interesting enough. She was going home at that time and i guess too lazy to do a simple job. Skills free and still suck at it. Oddly enough. As soon as she left. The other girl called after I complained within 2mins magically rooms are available. Which i was parked in-front of that room for an hr and no one was cleaning or checking. Extremely unprofessional. Rude. An ignorant front desk. Wrong job you picked. Will definitely let all my coworkers who’s working on a big project in that area to stay away from this location. Never again.

  Ok, so I was happy when I arrived on 2/17/26. The place was clean, lots of handicap parking out front (my mom is senior, disabled). My mom always stays at a Best Western, so my sister booked this stay because we were taking her to Glen Ivy for a day. My sister booked a King suite with a couch pull-out. There were a few issues with service, bad attitudes and misunderstandings. But there were 3 people on the reservation, so why would they not either prep the pullout bed or simply leave pillows and bedding on the couch? Any other hotel would have done that. Aaaaand only 2 bath towels in the bathroom when there are three people on the reservation??? My biggest issue though was what happened the second night. We were gone all day and arrived late after dinner, exhausted. I go to bed early and am awoken at 9pm by yelling and running. I’m going to preface this by saying I have stayed in LOTS of hotels, I’ve been on cruises, I know there will always be some sort or noise whether it’s from adults or kids, and that has never been a problem. In this case the problem is that there is a big group of kids that are continuously running around the entire upper floor, up and down the stairs, playing tag and yelling loudly for almost half an hour. I understand that it doesn’t have to be quiet until 10pm but continuous yelling and running after 9pm? Are there no rules or guidelines for disruptive behavior? or rules against running up and down stairs because of liability? After 9:30pm and trying to just put up with the disturbance I went down stairs to ask the front desk—the room phone would not connect to the front desk of course—I was told that there was nothing she could do about it, that the kids don’t listen and that she (the girl at the front desk) didn’t know who the parents are so again there was nothing she could do. I stated that any hotel or motel would have some kind of guidelines around disruptive behavior like that. Her response was, “yeah well that’s why we are a hotel, not a motel. So there are kids here”….um what? I’m thinking, what does that have to do with anything? And is she saying kids don’t stay at motels? Again my issue was not that there were kids present or that there was normal hotel noise, but the behavior and elevated noise that came with it. Then in the morning I asked another worker what their policies around that were and I was given the same responses as the night before…. Absolutely wild and unprofessional. I will never stay here again and will find somewhere else when visiting Glen Ivy.
