I had a wonderful experience at Best Western, and I especially want to recognize Xiomara at the front desk. She is truly amazing! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and such positive energy.
Xiomara was professional, helpful, and made the entire check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it clearly shows in her service.
Thank you, Xiomara, for creating such a fabulous experience! You are definitely a great asset to Best Western.
Oscar at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! I've traveled a lot over the last 10 years and stayed in a lot of hotels. He's the 1st person who ever asked me what floor I would like to be on. Thank you Oscar and thank you Best Western.

The rooms are nice and the service isn’t bad but the location sucks. High traffic area for L.A. and the morning of my checkout there was a guy in the parking lot who had his suv broken into. They smashed his side window and took his tools. I think they had a security guard on property but apparently that doesn’t keep the thieves away.
Horrible service at this hotel. No directions or map to see where amenities are. Had to ask front desk person. Woman at front desk was rude and gave me the dirtiest look. Man at the desk was helpful. Got to pool and water is cold…not heated at all. There were no towels in the shelves. Breakfast was decent. Doesn’t have a wide variety of selection. Checked out at front desk, again woman either didn’t acknowledge us and kept talking in Spanish to another person or was talking to us in Spanish (she looked our way when handed the hotel key cards)….(overall was just weird because we obviously don’t speak the language, so why speak a language to people who you know don’t understand you?)
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was plentiful. The AC in my room was loud, so I did not hear the freeway. Being located right next to the freeway seems like it would be very convenient, which it is and it isn't. I-5 traffic was so bad mid-afternoon when I arrived that Google Maps dipped me off the freeway a few miles early and ran me through some very... industrial... areas to get there. The freeway access by the hotel was so backed up that cars blocked the driveway entrance then too. Once I-5 traffic started moving again that got better.
Oh, and on the slight chance you might think eating at Denny's would be a good idea, as of 02-02-2026, the one next to the hotel was a burnt hulk of a collapsed building surrounded by security fencing.
