  Good hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Oscar at front desk —he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience much better. Truly excellent service from his side.

  We spent 2 days at this location, from the time we checked in to checkout was great. I want to give Eduardo a huge shout out as he made sure check in was great as we didn’t arrive until after 1am. Thank you Best Western Team!

  I had to stop for work, was a bit sketchy about staying at a 3-star hotel, but I noticed the security guard patrolling outside and decided to stay. Later, I went out to check on my truck and saw her stationed there, keeping watch with her lights and everything. I walked up to thank her because she was taking care of our trucks and really keeping an eye on things. She looked intimidating but she was such a respectful and kind person—even mentioned that the hotel lobby had a small snack shop, which I hadn’t noticed because I was distracted on my phone. I offered her a coffee or an energy drink, but she said she couldn’t leave her post; she wanted to make sure everything outside was safe. Man, when she said that, it felt like a calming blanket washed over me. Just that small line and her actions showed she was serious about her job.That was honestly the only thing that made my stay enjoyable—knowing my truck was safe out there.

  I couldn't be happier with this hotel as an affordable option for staying close to Los Angeles. Free parking is a huge plus and the breakfast was solid. Rooms were a good size and clean, the gym was exactly what I needed, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. I've stayed at a few dodgy places in the area, but I'll be coming back here from now on.

  El hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones están muy organizadas y todo se encuentra muy limpio. El ambiente en general es muy tranquilo, lo cual permite descansar muy bien durante la estancia. El desayuno es delicioso, tipo buffet, con varias opciones para elegir. Todo estaba muy bien preparado y es una excelente forma de empezar el día. Además, el personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Casi el 100% de las personas hablan español, lo cual facilita mucho la comunicación. Todo fue muy bien explicado desde el inicio. La ubicación también es muy buena, queda en un punto muy estratégico si eres turista y quieres moverte fácilmente por la ciudad. Otro punto muy positivo es que cuenta con parqueadero gratis, lo cual es muy conveniente. También me pareció que tiene muy buen precio en relación con la calidad del servicio, las instalaciones y la comida. En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel.
