  We were very dissatisfied and disappointed staying here. We found roaches in the bathroom. Drawers in the room falling apart. Inadequate towels. Had to call the front office. Toilet not flushing properly called the front desk no one showed up. Carpets outside the hallways stinks. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Service was not great. Looks like the owner is cutting corners for everything. Going to call the corporate office.

  Amber is awesome!!! Our stay was a great experience the room was very clean and spacious. There’s a lot of places around to eat and grocery shop. Will go back for sure. During my recent visit to the property, I spoke with a staff member named Amber, who was incredibly helpful and professional. Amber answered all of my questions thoroughly and maintained a very positive attitude throughout our interaction. Her excellent service and local knowledge made the visit well worth it. I don't follow Google map reviews because there's just too many Karen's that write up a bunch of bologna. It is best to visit the business you wish to visit and go from there.

  Stayed here for Beyond festival, and even though they got SWARMED, the staff was so accommodating and absolutely lovely and handled the crowd like pros. Front desk was so kind and attentive our whole stay, and I must say the real highlight was Charles in maintenance!!! What a phenomenal human, he was such a huge help and a kind person.

  TERRIBLE!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They did not allow me to check in & they’re LYING to my bank stating I tried checking in AFTER CHECK IN TIME when that is not the case!! I tried checking in PRIOR TO NOON!! Was told to come back at 3 pm which I did & was told I couldn’t check in without a physical card even though I explained I was waiting on my card form my bank but I could use tap to pay. According to the terrible & RUDE front desk manager with some red crap on the Side of his face “our tap is not working” & they wanted me to wait with my 3 small children until 11PM for my husband to come & show his physical card in order to check in. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

  We had a very disappointing experience. I will never come back. I was robbed/charged for the hotels mess. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—used towels, washcloths, and dirt on the bathroom floor. We requested room service twice, and my wife had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get them to vacuum. Despite reporting the mess, nothing was mentioned—until checkout, when they charged me $25 per towel and washcloth. They never even presented the actual items to us—just unclear photos. When I questioned it, they wanted to use my cash deposit, and I was denied access to a manager—Heather said she was the manager. It felt unfair and sneaky. None of these charges came up until I tried to extend my stay. I felt scammed, and I’d caution others about hidden charges. Verry disappointing 👎👎👎👎👎
