Stains on the sheets, a big shoe print in the shower, nats flying out of the bathroom sink, rust on the shower and holes in the walls. My family stayed here as well and there rooms were in similar condition. When we checked out, I received a receipt with my name on it but none of my information or room number were correct but my total I paid the first day was correct so I didn’t think too much of it. Until the next day I got a mysterious $100 charge to my card on file. When I called to ask about it, I was told the note on my account said they charged me because “a comforter was missing”. No one called me. I didn’t steal a giant comforter?? And when I asked to speak to a manager the boy at the front desk told me to just dispute the charge with my bank and call back in a couple days to speak to a manager. Now o have to deal with getting a claim submitted with my bank and a new card sent to me etc for something I didn’t even do. I won’t stay here again and do not recommend. There’s other places that are probably quieter and cleaner.
