- MRMichael RushFeb 24, 20265.0What a pleasant surprise! Arguably the Best, Best Western I have stayed at. Beautiful, welcoming lobby. Wonderful staff. The art throughout the hotel reflects the Palouse and it's heritage - very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well lit with comfortable beds and great TVs. And the pool! Large and warm with a great hot tub although the pool could be a little warmer. Last but not least - the breakfast was amazing! We were lucky enough to be there on an omelette bar day, made to order. And they were delicious. Lots of other options fro cereal to eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, fruit and lots more. A truly enjoyable stay that I hope to repeat in the near future!

Upon arriving at check in time was told there are no clean rooms and we would have to wait. After waiting 5 minutes the front desk manager canceled our reservation. And said they were overbooked. The other front desk person said they had rooms but not ready. The manager is the nefew of the owner and clearly the only reason he is employeed. I would never try to stay here again and would stay clear of such a poorly run motel
