When I checked in the man at the desk was very professional, kind and made me feel safe. The woman working the breakfast was great, keeping everything stocked and cleaned. The room was wonderful! Stocked and spacious and very clean. There was a smart tv easy to use, water in the fridge and the sink was outside of the bathroom and very spacious which is so nice when traveling with kids. 10/10 would recommend 🤩

- JPJonathan PerezAug 10, 20255.0I’ve been at this BW about 5 times this year cause of one of my jobs and first things first, the front desk agent guy had been one of the best friendliest agents I’ve ever came across! He felt like a fast friend and always gave me a warm welcome. It was very appreciative of him telling me I’m a diamond select member and gave me a free snack or drink to grab every time. And also the location is very convenient since it’s exactly halfway between LA and SF. Then their breakfast is also nice with some variety too. I’ll definitely come again in the near future!
