They wouldn’t return my emails or my phone calls. HORRIBLE customer service. I would give a zero if I could. Complete embarrassment to have the Best Western name tarnished like they are doing, I would cut them loose if I were Corporate!!!

- TCTimothy CheungJan 10, 20261.0Very disappointing stay. The bed had hair on it, the bathroom was not clean, and the shower leaked all over the floor. The biggest issue was that the door did not properly lock, which was a serious safety concern since I had thousands of dollars in work equipment with me for a week-long training trip. The parking lot felt unsafe, with intoxicated people coming over from a nearby bar. Breakfast was disgusting, the coffee was stale and from a machine, and rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request it. Because of these issues, I had to have my work book me a different hotel for the rest of my stay. The only positive was that the front desk receptionist I spoke with briefly was polite.
