- NTnora tamazianNov 5, 20251.0Poor Customer Service from Front female Desk Clerk I stayed at this hotel on the night of November 4th, 2025, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the female front desk clerk. When I checked in, I politely asked her in which floor my room was on, and the clerk responded curtly that I could “read that on [my] hotel card.” There was no effort to be courteous or helpful. The following morning (November 5th), I approached the same clerk to ask where breakfast was located and whether a breakfast voucher was included with my stay. She insisted that she had already provided that information the night before, which was completely untrue — no details, instructions, or explanations had been given at check-in. Her overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional both times I interacted with her. For a hotel that prides itself on hospitality, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure guests are treated with respect and attentiveness in the future.

Bread with butter + oatmeal and fruit + dark coffee for 21 uds… No options, no buffet. When you make the reservation it says “continental breakfast” …. Such a lie.
