- EAEunice AguilarDec 28, 20251.0Very negative experience at this hotel. They gave me room 141 which is basically across from the open seating area where they serve breakfast. This area is open all hours and guests congregate and they’re loud. As I write this review at nearly midnight, there’s a child screaming in that area, quite possibly the same child I saw running around an hour ago. My room was also next to the snack area where people are loud and don’t realize there’s a guest room next to this area. No one came during the day to clean the room or even take the trash out. Our beds were unmade. I inquired about why the room was not cleaned and I was told that guests have to request that service. I paid $350 for two nights here and I’m not happy about it. Never staying here or any Hampton Inn ever again.
