    We, a group of four from Korea, stayed in a 4-room accommodation for five nights—from February 22 through late check-out on the 27th. Everything was wonderful, but two staff members deserve special recognition: Alina and Alexander. To both of these outstanding “A’s,” we gladly award an A+. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care elevated our stay far beyond expectations. If Hilton’s future rests in hands like theirs, it is in very good hands indeed—we are confident the brand will continue to thrive because of people like them. Please extend our sincere appreciation. They made our visit truly memorable.

    The main reason for this review is because we were in Room 250 and all night it sounded like a cement mixer was just outside our room all night. We don’t know if it was the downstairs AC unit on its last leg or what. We barely got any sleep. We even put on white noise on our two phones and it couldn’t overcome the noise. Clean room, decent continental but never coming back here if I need to sleep.

    I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Chula Vista twice and always find Reynold to be superior in customer service when I check in. I love this hotel will text you to make sure all is good during your stay. I find myself to be a people watcher and noticed Hutch responsible for the breakfast area. He was either constantly wiping down the food area, cleaning up the tables or restocking. You can tell he takes pride in his job, which you tend not to see very often these days. Great team members are hard to find so take good care of them!

    Very negative experience at this hotel. They gave me room 141 which is basically across from the open seating area where they serve breakfast. This area is open all hours and guests congregate and they’re loud. As I write this review at nearly midnight, there’s a child screaming in that area, quite possibly the same child I saw running around an hour ago. My room was also next to the snack area where people are loud and don’t realize there’s a guest room next to this area. No one came during the day to clean the room or even take the trash out. Our beds were unmade. I inquired about why the room was not cleaned and I was told that guests have to request that service. I paid $350 for two nights here and I’m not happy about it. Never staying here or any Hampton Inn ever again.
