  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews as I stay and visit many places. This hotel was a very last minute booking as my original hotel in Fresno was so bad that I checked out after 30 minutes of checking in, and only that long because it took a while to find someplace new. The Surestay in Chowchilla was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a one night hotel stay. The woman behind the counter was so pleasant and nice. She got me checked in very quickly and even sanitized my drivers license and debit card, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was just right. It’s located in a very nice area with a grocery and plenty of food and gas options. Plenty of spots to park and even everyone else staying here that I came across seemed real nice. I wasn’t looking for a lot of out this room, just a place to crash for the night, and I’m very glad I chose here. If I’m ever in the area again, I already know where to book. Highly recommend!
