  I stayed here for a couple of days this week and my partner and I unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The first issue was the room. The bathroom ventilation fan wasn’t working properly, so odors would just stay in the bathroom. I reported it, but it wasn’t resolved for over a day, which made it uncomfortable to use. The bigger concern was still to come… something that happened early in the morning (around 7:30 am). My partner and I received a call directly to our room from someone claiming to be the general manager. The caller knew my spouse’s full name and our room number and tried to get our credit card information. Just very unsettling. I then asked to speak with a manager, after a delay, and when I finally spoke with her, I didn’t feel the situation was taken seriously. My honest concerns were just badly dismissed and my request for compensation was called “silly.” Overall, between the unresolved room issue, the phone call, and how everything was handled, this was not a good experience at all. The situation with the call in particular is very concerning, especially considering guest safety and how our private information is being handled.

  We came in for our sons wedding from Las Vegas, the bride & groom chose the Holiday Inn as the hub for the party. We had booked late and ended up next door at the hated, #townplacesuites! They had cancelled our reservation 1day be for we arrived, ouch!!🤕 My wife almost fainted, immediately came out to tell me of our updated situation and cried! So, we headed next door to see if the Holiday Inn had any rooms or could help? Well we marched over to be greeted by a smiling Arianna at the front desk, she listened, assessed our impossible situation, reassured us she did have a room for one night, but was not sure about Saturday?? Wow, ok we had a room for a night, we'll work on Saturday next. Arianna didn't stop there, she kept at it, found a room for us at the hotel and saved our bacon 🥓 and us celebrating our sons wedding 💒! The weekend from their on was seem less , we had a blast, the wedding party and guests were very pleased with the staff and all enjoyed your hotel!! Our special thanks to Arianna, what a special person, being so professional and caring when our chips were down. What a breathe of fresh air in this current climate of dwindling customer service or empathy. Cheers 🥂

  The staff at HIE Chino Hills deserve a 5+. Everyone from the food service and maintenance team to the front desk personnel has been very friendly and helpful. Extra kudos to Arianna, Julie and Mike. They are fantastic people, anxious to serve their guests. I am a paraplegic and require ADA accommodations. There were a few difficulties, but the staff was always quick to find a remedy for them. I highly recommend this facility.

  The food and rooms are very nice and the workers are very kind and very nice place around a very good place near this hotel.

  very nice hotel, location is around plenty of shops, food , etc. rooms are clean and very taken care of. service is on point, and everyone is friendly. (plus potato’s are amazing.) unlimited towels for big family, no questions asked.
