  Staying for 10 days and is definitely one of the better Holiday Inn's we've stayed at. Mr. G the receptionist, was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. From the Breakfast staff to the ladies who clean the rooms, all were professional, helpful and friendly. Something you dont see too often. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in this area.

  This wasn’t our first time nor our last time staying here and we keep coming back not only because it is well kept and clean but the staff is amazing! Ariana and Mr. G are very kind and helpful always doing their best to accommodate our needs. I can’t say enough about the excellent service from housekeeping to the front desk and management. My family and I will definitely be coming back soon! : )

  5-Star for Location & Dreamy Bedding! Loved The hotel—perfect location in a Plaza, safe and easy to find somwhere to eat. And incredibly comfortable bedding! I was worried jet lag would ruin my first night, but I slept like a log—no tossing, no waking up at odd hours, just deep, restful sleep from start to finish. Total game-changer for travel fatigue. Highly recommend!

  After a long day's drive, we arrived at around 10pm. Check in at the front desk was not great, as the lady (short hair and glasses) was a bit rude. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they ran out of those rooms. She asked if I really needed 2 queens and I confirmed that I would prefer that or a room with 2 beds. She was a little sassy about that, saying "well, that would be 2 queens." I meant that a bed and a sofa bed would be adequate. She gave us a king suite but we found that the keys did not work so we had to go back down and get that fixed. The room had a poo smell that emanated from the bathroom. The bathroom fan was so weak that it didn't dispell the smells from the last guest. 🤢 They also only included towels for 2 people, rather than 4, which was inconvenient. We set up the sofa bed and found that the sheets didn't include a pillow case or duvet cover so we just used the extra set of pillows from the king bed for the sofa bed. As for the pillow I was left with... I noticed that there were 4-5 very short curly hairs on it and that it had a stinky smell like body odor mixed with wet dog. It did not seem like the sheets had been changed from the last guest or someone came in to take a nap and just tidied the bed rather than change the sheets. 🤢 We booked this hotel because it was advertised as "brand new" but found it to be just okay. Hope they can upgrade their bathroom fans one day... Quick update: The lady at the front desk when we left was very nice. So at least there's that!

  The hotel itself looked clean and decent but the room I was in had a bit of a smell especially in the bathroom as the ventilation wasn't working. The bedding also looks like it was reused vs replaced as there was a good amount of hair on some of the pillows Both of the keys that the staff gave us when checking in didn't work as well and we had to go back to get that corrected
