The room was a suite on fourth floor and had an amazing view. As for the staff, they were all friendly and polite. However two stood out to us. Garoom, AKA G, checked us in and always greeted us by name and with a smile. G assisted us with several things and was efficient and professional. Most of all, his caring and likable personality made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel.

He’s so welcoming and Friendly all the time, doesn’t matter how busy they are at front desk, he always takes the time to check me in and treat me as a special guest!! He’s very detailed about everything you need when you check in and the most important thing is he always do it with that energy and smile we need when we arrive specially after a long day. “J” you are the best!!!
