- CRChesean ReedJan 5, 20261.0From Sacramento to Palm Springs I have used IHG hotels. But unfortunately this hotel really ruined it for me. Not only the day of check in they were overcharging me after explaining that I noticed the over charging when I checked out they attempted to charge me an additional fee for my room supposedly being Smokey. For one I don’t smoke. Two from beginning to end they were trying to take more than needed when staying for one night. Then not wanting to take responsibility for it. I won’t be staying here again. I was out the for business and family reasons and to be treated this way being a diamond member is absurd. Do better!

Staff was unreceptive to suggestions about this and was in fact rude. “It’s not going to change” was the interruption I received. Not going back. I will take my many stays to Redding or Orville or Corning. Thank you
