We are located off Golden State Highway less than a mile from the North Valley Plaza shopping center. California State University Chico is about two miles away. - AGAdriana GomezDec 22, 20251.0Pésimo servicio al llegar me dieron una abitacion equivocada cuando llegue a mi abitacion ya estaba ocupada por alguien tuve que bajar a que me la cambiaran también cuando llegue deje depósito para la abitacion y después de barios días llame al hotel y me dijeron que mi depósito llegaría el viernes hace dos semanas y no me ha llegado nada decidi llamar hoy y me dijeron que no tenía ningún depósito y que no me iban a devolver nada mi hermano también tenía una reservación el mismo día que yo y a él si le regresaron su depósito y era el mismo precio que el mío la muchacha dijo que todo lo que seme cobro fue por el cuarto pero no porque el muchacho que me atendió al principio me dijo los 50 son de depósito y sete regresaran y ahora dicen que no lo regresarán yo no deje nada que tiradero en el cuarto al contrario me puse a limpiarlo para no dejar desorden hasta saque la basura y la muchacha de la recepción muy grosera si no me abrían dicho que era depósito no dijera nada pero ahí me dijeron que era depósito y también a mi hermano

- IGItsme GDec 14, 20253.0I feel compelled to leave this review. It's rare for me to leave a poor review. I Have stayed at this location, same building many times. Many different names. It just under went remodel/facelift. It looks good from the front and now you get a cookie at check-in. However it's really the same old building but now you pay for breakfast. I can't say I'll stay here again with other places close for the same price and breakfast buffet included. Oh yeah, the heating wasn't all that great, to hot then to cold. Drinks at the bar are good but way over priced for the area. General conditions don't really warrant the prices in my humble opinion. If breakfast were included maybe.
