So we lay down to go to sleep and 11pm to 2am there's this lady in the room next to us banging on the doors around us then starts banging on our door NON-STOP, mind you I have my 2 kids in the room freaking out so I call the front desk a couple of times to tell them the situation and they came and talk to her but as soon as they left now she's banging on the wall that separates our room and they wouldn't switch our room so literally no sleep. Then I take my kids to the pool and it was filthy and I had to sweep out all the trash in it, go to the hot tub only to find out that it was broken omg so that 1 star is a stretch.
