Outstanding Management & Service A massive thank you goes to the General Manager, Lissette Lucero, and her incredible team. Ms. Lucero went above and beyond to make our special occasion truly memorable. We decided to extend our booking because we loved it so much, and she personally ensured that we could stay in our favorite room without the hassle of moving. The level of personal care, the surprise upgrade, and the warm hospitality we received were simply world-class. It is rare to find management that cares this deeply about their guests' happiness. Best Breakfast in the Brand As frequent travelers with over 80 nights in IHG hotels, we have plenty of comparison points. We can confidently say that the breakfast here is the absolute best we have ever experienced at an IHG property. The quality, freshness, and variety of the food are superior to anything else we’ve seen. It sets a new standard for the brand. Impeccable Facilities The hotel feels brand new. The housekeeping team does a phenomenal job; the entire property is spotless, and hygiene standards are clearly a top priority. Our room is modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished, providing the perfect quiet retreat for us.
