On the boat ride, the speakers were extremely loud and became quite unpleasant during the ride. It took away from the overall experience.
On the Egyptian ride, several of the sensors did not appear to be working properly, which affected the functionality and enjoyment of the ride.
At the Dragon ride, I initially asked if my daughter and I could sit in the front. I was told no because it was a busy day and they needed to keep the line moving. However, we had only waited about 10 minutes, as the lines were very short. My daughter wanted to ride again, so we got back in line and waited about 15 minutes. This time, I asked again and was helped by a staff member named Neimarie, who was very kind and allowed us to sit in the front without any issue. I want to specifically thank Neimarie for her friendliness and excellent customer service.
At the Galactic Coaster, we were instructed to store our belongings in a locker, which is understandable. However, the lockers were too small to fit the stuffed animals we had won. We were told to leave them behind the kiosk and that staff would watch them. Unfortunately, when we returned from the ride, one of the stuffed animals had been stolen. Guest Services handled the situation well and kindly replaced the item, which we appreciated.

Decided to take a one day vacation to Legoland so we stayed at the hotel which included an extra day ticket. The ambiance is fun and creative the restaurant food was good and offered free breakfast buffet in the morning. There's plenty to do inside the hotel itself with the playground the pool and even outdoor movies. Will definitely return and spend more time in the hotel next time
We stayed here for a birthday and it was worth every penny. The rooms are clean and fun, but the birthday magic is what shines. The in-room treasure hunt and the staff’s attention to detail made my child feel so special. It’s the best way to turn a trip to LEGOLAND into a core memory. A bit pricey and old though.

Booked a ADA room which they charge you more to book than a standard room, and as a full-time wheelchair user this seems crazy to me.
They put me in a room that doesn't have a roll in shower, she said that's the room I booked, which fine my mistake if I missed it, they had a room with a roll in and offered the upgrade for a mere $1098 more. Plus the original room that was booked, so in order to be able to shower it would cost me that much more. They did apologize that that was the only option available.

I was underwhelmed by our stay at the Legoland hotel. My kids had watched various YouTube videos and were very excited to stay there. My son chose the duplo room and I will say the room decor did look great. After our day at the park, we checked in and headed to our pre booked dinner at Bricks buffet and I can’t express how awful it was. I wish I had checked reviews before booking as I see many similar experiences. The food quality was atrocious. The pizza looked like it was very undercooked. The deserts were Walmart quality sheet cakes, sugar cookies and a jello that had bubbly water all over it. The meats looked greasy, my husband picked up a piece of chicken, it was grey and fatty and he could not eat it. All of us returned to the room hungry and extremely disappointed. For Just under $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids it was a total waste of money and I would strongly advise anyone staying at Legoland to avoid Bricks buffet.
The hotel also has a card in the room that says if you need anything you have to text them. You can’t call, This is such an annoying process and has put me off ever staying here again. On our first night We needed water and requested a couple of bottles. They did not arrive so an hour later I text again. Their reply stated that they had confirmed with housekeeping that they had been delivered. I checked outside the door and there were no water bottles so they said they would resend them. The bottles then arrived a few minutes later and the lady apologized for the delay and explained she had originally delivered to the wrong floor. Shortly after this another lady knocked the door with waters. I told her that we had now received the waters and I then get a text stating that the housekeeping team had let them know that we declined the water delivery and that someone in our party had confirmed that we did receive the original waters and that they would not deliver any more water and if we wanted any we would have to go downstairs for it. I had to text back and forth explaining that yes we had now received them and it was me that declined the second delivery because they had now shown up. The text exchange was rude and accusatory on their part which was not acceptable when it was them that had mistakenly delivered to the wrong floor and then taken an hour to correct that. It was a lengthy process that could have been avoided if we were able to just call and talk to someone instead of text. Our room didn’t have a hairdryer so again we had to use the text service to get hold of one. On our second night at the hotel we returned from the park to find that the room had been made up and our used towels removed but no clean towels were left which meant again having to use the text service to request towels.
If we were to visit the Legoland park again I would not stay at this hotel.
