    went to hotel on new years eve for murder mystery dinner which was both outstanding and exciting really enjoyed the mystery actors were incredible food was delicious stayed at hotel to avoid driving on new years eve and the decision was terrific hotel was super, room exceeded expectation only issue was there wasnt a big new years eve celebration

    Perfect location near Legoland. The room was nice and clean and the all the staff were welcoming and customer service was excellent. I wish we stayed an other day to fully experience what the hotel has to offer.

    We had our wedding & reception at The Cassara, and it was truly a wonderful experience! It's a beautiful venue with some stunning views of the ocean and the flower fields, and it was absolutely perfect for our wedding & reception of about 70 guests. All staff (especially Julia, Leah, Brandon, Jenna and Amir) were amazing with us and with our guests, and they were very accommodating in all our requests and in our multiple visits to the venue before the big day, including our ceremony rehearsal. They made sure that we had everything we needed, and that we didn't have to worry about anything. The catering provided by The Cassara was also excellent, all of the catering staff made sure that there was plenty of food, and we know that all of our guests enjoyed the buffet provided at our reception. We highly recommend The Cassara as a wedding venue. Our wedding was very special and we look forward to returning to celebrate future wedding anniversaries!

    Room is ok. Laundry is a pain. Force you to use an app to pay for laundry, have to reload at least $10 with no way to get the remainder. In the laundry room, WiFi connection is poor and I have to walk in and out to set it up. Took 30 minutes in total to start my laundry. Instead, the machine could have just accept credit cards, which would take 1 minute.

    Loved my stay at The Cassara Carlsbad! The rooms were incredibly spacious — perfect for spreading out and relaxing after a long day. The best part was the lounge vibe at night: great energy, live music, and an overall fun atmosphere. Fantastic place to unwind and I’ll definitely be back!
