The woman at the front desk was friendly and courteous throughout, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although some services have been reduced, I was still very satisfied. I’ll definitely come back again.

She will gaslight you after giving you a room that’s like a sauna with an air conditioner that doesn’t work after making you wait all day for your room. Their “Legoland view” is of the maintenance yard and parking lot. The room was dirty with food left behind in vases. Don’t stay here. We’re Diamond Hilton members and they treated us awfully. Much better hotels in the area.

We used to bring the kids there when they were younger, but not so much anymore. We enjoy the quiet, the pools are fantastic. It's like a home away from home. All condos, from studios all the way up to a 3 bedroom.

Complaint to the reception and was promised a credit for the night. Passed couple of weeks, no credit. Called back, no help at all no one know what’s going on. BAD SERVICE, DISGUSTING ROOMS AND MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL.
