- MMMartyn4 days ago5.0Stayed last weekend, 14-16 Nov. Service was excellent from checking in/out, serving at breakfast and from Craig at the bar. Shame about the horrific weather, but the beach is right across the road. I’m sure it’s great when the sun is out. Plenty of restaurants close by, as well as the designer outlet. Hopefully next time, I don’t bring the UK weather with me.

Skylaar was the person working the front desk and let me tell you she literally made my day. She was so nice, accommodating and made our experience so great. She went above and beyond and after traveling, you know you can be tired and overwhelmed, but she put us right at ease. My teenager daughter was even impressed:) The location was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and we were so close to town. We will absolutely be staying there every time we come to visit. Skylaar was by far the kindest host I’ve encountered in a long time!! Plus the lobby smelled so good;)

If there was one negative I would say about this location is that you can here every sound in the hallway, and you then must assume that the hallway can here you as well. I say a sign in the lobby i thought was funny because it says ATM Machine, when the M in ATM stands for Machine.
- JPJim PerroneOct 16, 20253.0So - loved the location! BUT - then so many issues: 1) There was a block of room reserved for a wedding party - most folks were allowed early check-in (Friday 10/10/25). We got there around 2pm - was told room would be ready soon - go grab lunch and we will text you when it is ready. Come back at 3:15 (regular check-in is 3pm) and NOT ready! Finally, around 3:40pm, we got into the room 2) That night, one of the bedspreads smelled like urine - took it off and put it on the floor, then noticed the bed smelled the same way. UGH 3) Next morning - Saturday - went to shower - NO SHAMPOO in the bottle. went to front desk and noted the urine smell and no shampoo. Was told it would all be taken care of. Went to the wedding - and when we came back - bed still smelled of urine - still no shampoo - went to front desk and could not change rooms since the hotel was full. 4) Sunday - we run around the area - come back around 3 pm - no housekeeping yet so had to complain once again and FINALLY got new sheets and shampoo. YES - sadly, bed still smelled like urine so probably a mattress issue. Hotel said they would give us a credit for EACH night of our stay (3 nights) 5) Go to check out on Monday morning - no credits - then they gave us one night! So, we stood our ground and after about 15 minutes - we were finally granted the 3 nights of credits we were promised. THAT WAS ALL WELL AND GOOD - STILL NOT A PLACE I WOULD DTAY AT AGAIN!
