  8pm Monday March 2nd. I called the front desk to confirm my 4pm checkout and the woman at the front desk, who refused to disclose her name but I believe was Skyler, said that I’ll have to pay for another night if I want a late checkout, which is absurd. I explain that I’m a diamond member and have never had a problem getting a late checkout, she responds in an extremely condescending and rude tone that maybe I’ve gotten that at other properties but I won’t get that here, “hun”. I told her I don’t appreciate her rude tone and being called “hun” and she decides she’s going to fight back and tell me that it’s actually not rude and she can say whatever she wants. As someone who travels 2/3rds out of the year and practically lives out of a hotel I have NEVER experienced front desk staff be so rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. Stay elsewhere if you’re a Diamond member.

  Buena atención cuando llegas, muy limpio pero no te quedes nunca en el 1er piso, es INSOPORTABLE como se siente caminar a los de la habitación de arriba, es realmente desesperante OMG, lo que sería una estancia agradable se ha convertido en un maratón de pasos sobre tu cabeza y por el pasillo igual todo el que pasa se siente aunque no vaya hablando alto. Good service, very clean, but never stay on the first floor. The noise of people walking in the room above is UNBEARABLE; it's truly maddening! What would have been a pleasant stay has turned into a marathon of footsteps above your head, and you can hear everyone walking in the hallway too, even if they're not talking loudly.

  I had requested special room requirements and these were accurately entered by the reservation rep. When I checked in, Andrew reviewed my request and ensured that my room worked for me. I had a room overlooking the ocean and the amenities covered my needs for the stay. Andrew has an excellent customer service attitude and a great sense of humor. Later I asked him for more information about the area and he gave me help finding the items I needed for my work. Later I dined in the restaurant and Craig was covering the bar and restaurant. He helped me alter my meal to accommodate special diet requirements. He checked in to make sure everything worked for me. Overall the service met my needs, it's a great location and I would recommend this hotel.

  We were greeted by Andrew at the front desk who was very friendly and found a beautiful ocean view room for us for our one night stay! The venue was hosting a favorite local band of ours, and the location was great and convenient!
