- TKTheo KaufmanFeb 22, 20265.0Beautiful hotel along the Carlsbad Beach. Breakfast is simple and tasty and the pools are great for families to enjoy. My day was a little complicated because the heater wasn’t working and it made for a cold night, but the hotel worked hard to make it right. Jay, the front office manager and Alyson, set me up in another room to spend an additional night and I’m so glad that they did. Things don’t always go perfectly, but a business, such as this, is then given the opportunity to make a customers experience exceptional, which they certainly did. I hope to return again soon. So very relaxing.

You walk out the door and cross the street for great beach access. The employees are great at what they do and the housekeeping staff is amazing
