    This is my favorite best western. The location is ideal as it is in Carlsbad village and is very walkable and no shortage of things to do and see. You walk out the door and cross the street for great beach access. The employees are great at what they do and the housekeeping staff is amazing

    No hot water...tv sucks...dirty as all faq...crappy pillows...no utinsils or pans...smells...great place to store you stuff while you are forced to leave..avoid unless you are on a budget...you'll live but not comfortably..

    Great hotel with good breakfast option, perfect location in walking distance to town center and beach. Nice hang-out areas with ocean view. Just the bathroom could need an upgrade.

    Great location!!!!! Carlsbad Village is a super spot for food and relaxing. The beach is literally across the street from the hotel. You are 5 blocks from great coffee shops and eateries. We changed rooms after night one. The staff was extremely accommodating. No issues the rest of our stay. They have a nice full breakfast every morning 6:30-9:30am. They have a small workout room with free weights, stationary bike and treadmill. We’ll come back here because of the location and the service!
