  I can barely put into words how incredible this trip has been for our family. Before we even checked in the general manager let us know he would be available if we needed him for anything, which I appreciated! Then the moment we checked in the hospitality was unmatched. We appreciate this hotel so much! We look forward to staying here on our future adventures! Thank you Best Western Carlsbad!

  I booked 2 rooms for 1 night here and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at all the hotels there in that area and for price, comfort and the breakfast I think this was the best choice. I had Itzel behind the counter who had great customer service help me out. For what I needed the rooms for this trip it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, room had coffee, fridge, microwave, 2 t.v's , a couch , extra seating with tables. Didn't use the spa and pool but it looked clean and everyone having fun. I'll book here next time!

  We loved our stay! When we arrived we were greeted at the front desk by Sergio and he checked us in and answered all our questions and also very friendly. We asked about the included breakfast and another guy named Shaun described the breakfast to us. So the room was amazing, we had one with living room, full kitchen and bedroom separated. The beds were super comfy too! The breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and yogurt. Highly recommend for a quiet and enjoyable stay.

  Wow, for the price and location we were absolutely stunned and satisfied with our stay. The supposed new general manager is doing something right! Despite staying on a holiday, this was the most affordable and best bang for our buck which included a very delicious free breakfast from 7-10. The room came with Youtube and Netflix on the TV and there’s also a pool & jacuzzi. Our room was right next to the freeway which could be a problem for some people but wasn’t really for us. Staff was very kind and the property is very clean. I don’t think the photos on Google serve it justice either because it’s generally a very beautiful property near others. This is definitely the place you’d want to take your family for a vacation to anything within 50 miles. I’m definitely coming back!

  Patrick was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay and that I was very comfortable being here. This is my first vacation with my dog alone that I planned myself so it was a bit daunting. Patrick put me at ease. The service here is great. They also text you every night to make sure you’re okay. I’ve never had such an experience before. Itzel was also great he made sure I always got my packages! Even the guests were great and sweet It made me want to move here The breakfast was also amazing, I usually don’t eat breakfast at hotels because it’s not always good But this place surprised me!!!! The best potatoes and a wide variety of food at the buffet everyday hot and fresh I looked forward to my mornings Thank you very much !!!
