  Booked the 1 bedroom + kitchenette. I made a sliced beef Oreo sandwich. Room was very nice and clean. Everything worked great

  I did my booking through orbitz. I opted to pay at location. Janet - the mgr - charged my card for one of the nights anyway even though i said pay at location. So when i arrived at the hotel i was prepared to pay the difference. Janet insisted i pay the full amount insisting what she charged without my authorization was just a hold. So room was $284 which i was suppose to pay AT LOCATION - you take $88 from a non authorized charge and still want to charge the $284? Making the room almost $400 for 3 days? And then justify it with attitude? So orbitz spoke with the hotel to cancel everything and i called my bank and they agreed what was done was a fraudulent charge. It is a shame because i have stayed at that hotel before and enjoyed .y stay with no issues. But now Janet has new policies and one is ripping off the customers then getting attitude about it. I was prepared to pay the difference which is fair i think but no. She wanted the full amount after already charging my account. Oh and her excuse for charging my account - according to what she told orbitz - was to make sure i had the funds in my account. Well is the room is $284 and i have $300 in my account and you charge $88 on my account without my authorization do i still have the money in my account? Common sense right? However not to the manager Janet. So we went to best western and stayed 3 days there. Free breakfast great service etc. This days inn will no longer be a place where i will plan to stay.

  This hotel has gone through some positive changes in the past few months. Under the new management team the hotel has really turned a corner. Its cleaner, safer and far more friendlier environment. If your past experience was less than pleasant I recommend giving it another try especially considering the room rates are some of the best in the area.

  My husband and I have been using this hotel for the last year and a half. We use Hotels.com and we also have the Best Western app and we are members. I want to acknowledge Sean. He was very helpful handling my refund, And explain explaining the best way possible for me to rebook for another date. Every time that we have stayed, we’ve always been very satisfied with the rooms, the service and the check-in as well as all the staff. This is definitely our go to hotel and I appreciate every single staff member that works here.
