Been staying here for work about twice a month for 4+ years. Cost cutting and corner cutting keeps degrading a once-nice hotel experience. Lately they have been replacing the room furniture, once comfortable sofas and wingback chairs, with rock-hard IKEA-grade furniture that feels like it is fit only for staging photos, not sitting in or using. Now the place is only good for the bed (for now).

Extremely noisy. Blaring music, people banging on rails outside, people yelling at the hotel bar, and can even hear people snoring from the floor above. All throuhout the night. Just terrible.
Plus the curtains are thin and barely block out any light, which sucks with the parking lot lights shining directly into the room.
If you'd actually like a good night's rest, do not stay here.

Avoid at all cost! Probably thee single worst Hilton I've ever stayed at! Then, they make up reasons to charge you extra and, refuse to compensate you for wasting your time. I tried speaking to the manager on site about returning these extra charges but, he was completely rude. He refused to tell me what was the "proof" of why he refused the refund. Then, he acted like he couldn't check what this proof was for about 30 min. He was completely unprofessional, rude as well as lazy. His complete lack of customer service was overwhelming. On top of everything... Feels like a scam to gouge people for money...

This is the worst Doubletree I’ve ever been too. First, there’s absolutely no soundproof in the rooms: you will hear every sneeze and whisper from your neighbors and the person above you will sound like a jumping elephant. The beds and bedding are comfy, yes, but because of the noise, I was not able to get any quality sleep there. Secondly, the door locks are extremely weird: you get locked out and unable to open the door (even though the key works). You will notice grooved on multiple doors, because you have to push the handle far up instead of down to open the door, but the door decorations prevent that.
Thirdly, the towels looked like someone chewed on the edges, there were stains on the doors…
The breakfast is ok with some strange decisions, like, putting pancakes on a plate under a lamp essentially drying them out; no whipped cream for the pancakes and waffles, etc.
So, in the end, I had to cancel the second part of my stay and book a different hotel.

Our room was in a quite noisy location with staff talking loudly right outside of the room. Carts were going by and garbage being dumped at 8am on the first day and closer to 6am on the second day. The mini refrigerator was in a cabinet with a lip so high that the refrigerator door could not be openned.
