Rooms are so noisy. Specially air-conditions in the rooms are soo outdated and it makes a lot of noise. Windows are not preventing the noise outside. A part from that, location is good.

It is a decent motel with comfortable beds (most important), a decent breakfast and a a small but acceptably equipped gym (dumbbells go up to 70lbs). Surely it's due to its location, but the pricing of $300+ most nights is a joke for what it is. I would not stay here if the company didn't pay for it. I find the TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Jose Campbell to be the same exact thing (breakfast a bit worse), but for about half the price.

As loyal Hilton Honors members, we almost exclusively trust the Hilton brand for our family travels. This stay was a bit of a mixed bag for me because while the "must-haves" were excellent, the overall experience missed that signature DoubleTree spark. The Pros: Our two-bedroom suite was impressively spacious and perfectly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. For the price, the value of the room itself was great. The Cons: The property is showing its age. The AC unit seemed a bit worn, the windows weren't well-insulated against noise from above, and there were some odd maintenance "quirks"—like a bathroom door handle that didn't quite line up and random tile work. The Service: While the staff was professional, it lacked that warm, "above and beyond" welcome we usually experience at other DoubleTree locations. It wasn't a bad stay by any means, but it didn't quite hit the high bar Hilton usually sets.
