We didn't use housekeeping, so can't comment on that, but the environment is pleasant, especially the breakfast area. The rooms have a safe, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

Our room was downgraded without notice or compensation. At 7 AM, the front desk called our room despite us being on vacation. Returning around 9 PM, the room hadn’t been cleaned and towels weren’t replaced. On the third day, the air conditioning unit kept making noise even after we turned it off before leaving. The manager and staff showed no care, responding with “That’s what we have.” It’s shameful that people like this ruin the hotel’s reputation and provide such poor service.
