I have to give a big shoutout to the staff here who have been so friendly and professional while Im staying here for the holidays. Especially Carol at the front desk!!!! This morning the power went out due to the storm and everyone that had questions she helped feel right at home and cared for.
There were some difficult customers too, and yet she handled the situation with such grace and patience that it really impressed me!!!
The holidays are a tough time to work and tough for a lot of people traveling, but from everyone working here I felt a true sense of community and care. Its the sort of compassion and hospitality that comes from the best and most seasoned professional hospitality workers. Happy holidays to the entire hampton staff, you all rock!!!!
Also the room is nice and breakfast was great. The kitchen staff is SO on top of getting things out quickly, no food or beverage was running half low for even 30 seconds before another was out. I wouldnt be able to muster that much energy working christmas eve, so impressive!!!!!

Great location and very clean rooms and hotel spaces. Staff was helpful, breakfast had lots of options, pool and hot tub were refreshing. Right off the freeway but safe & quiet. Lots of local restaurants located within walking distance too.

The staff were very nice and very friendly. I checked in at the hotel a week ago and it was a good experience. We stayed one night breakfast was very good and there was a sitting area, a gym and breakfast

I have stayed at this location multiple times, and while the mattresses are fairly new and comfortable I was disappointed to find a wad of long black hair in my bathroom and on one of the washcloths. Gross. I dismissed it and wiped down the room myself in case it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Then breakfast. It was just okay, not terribly warm but edible. But, no fresh coffee?? That is a top priority for business travelers. I got near the bottom of the pot, drank part of it and then tossed it due to being murky/muddy and luke warm. Nearly 30 minutes later there was still no fresh coffee and I had to leave for work and ended up stopping at a Starbucks just been 7 Bucks on coffee because hampton can't apparently keep coffee made for guests.
