    I've stayed here multiple times now for multiple night stays as I have family in Cal City. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, especially Makayla who has gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. I can't remember the name of the other woman that work the front desk but they are always amazing from the check in, to the breakfast, to the check out. The rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries, tissues and shampoo etc. They have a small fitness center which i definitely take advantage of every time I stay here. There's coffee and tea available 24/7 and the breakfast is actually pretty good. I will definitely recommend this BW in California City if you find yourself in in this little desert town.

    It's okay, but I think they are really overpriced. I had recently inquired about two gift cards that I wanted to use for a recent stay but I could not log into my rewards, customer service tried to help me and they said they would let their tech guys know. They said they would call me back and I stressed to them that the gift cards would be expiring in a few days and I wanted to use them for the stay. Nobody returned my call and I had to explain everything all over again when I called them back. I still couldnt login to my account and my gift cards were going to expire. I was promised two new gift cards for the same amounts on each and I never recieved anything from them. Still unable to login to my account with them after months of waiting and playing phone tag.
