  Got dropped off here dealing with United Airlines being awful as usual. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful with figuring out the shuttle service. Awful night but the staff here made it tolerable.

  This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is perfect for early flights. The building is a bit dated, and the sound insulation is just average, but the service truly made my stay worthwhile. I want to give special thanks to the male manager on duty. He was extremely patient and helpful, giving me clear guidance during check-in. I accidentally left my bag on the airport shuttle bus, and he helped me locate and retrieve it. His kindness and professionalism were outstanding. Great support for travelers transiting near the airport.

  全体的に、安いから許容^^ゞって感じの雰囲気ですが、ロビーから飛行機の離発着とベイの夕焼けがよく見えるのは素敵でした。部屋はベイビュー選ばなければがっつり庭ビューです笑 サンフランシスコ空港で乗り継ぎのために1泊なら全然アリだと思います。 空港からの黒いシャトルバスありますが別ホテル数軒と合わせて周回するやつです。ホテル→空港はだいたい1時間に2本あって時刻表通りに来ます。 ロビーでコーヒーとお茶とココアが無料です。軽い朝食もあるようでしたが、我々は逃しました^^ゞ

  Nice hotel with comfortable bed, large rooms, convenient location and a good complementary breakfast. The only thing we were not expecting was the $30/day parking charges. This came as a surprise. So a note to anyone planning to stay here - check the parking charges before you book your stay

  If you’re reading this, odds are high that you were probably stranded by United Airlines and left alone to pick up the pieces. Thankfully, this Holiday Inn was actually amazing - clean rooms, warm shower with a comfortable bed. Many thanks to the gentleman working in the wee hours of 9 April, for being empathetic and kind. Thanks for the toothbrush!
