  I have been waiting for the shuttle for an hour and keep being told it’s 5 minutes away. I have seen every other hotel shuttle 3 times. The whole reason I am staying here is because I wanted to quickly get to a hotel after a long flight and there was a free shuttle. Update: I called at 2:25 and was dropped off right at 4 Second update: breakfast was soooo good well done and the receptionist was really nice and apologetic. The rooms are really big and comfortable too but the wifi was not good

  What a gem of a hotel. When you arrive at night after being left by your international flight , u may have impression that this is also going to be a disappointment experience… however nothing is farther from the truth! My room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Waking up was such a joy to a beautiful waterfront sunrise! Then the breakfast was so good and refreshing after a stressful airport experience. The staff the entire staff was friendly personable and hard working. There is a shuttle to the airport . I was able to walk to enterprise car rental to take a day excursion. This place is the best !!!! A pure refuge.

  Last day of a three week multi state trip using all IGH hotels. This was the last stop. Shuttle every 35 min to/from airport. The resturaunt in front of the hotel was great and we got 10% off showing the room key. The hotel wifi was down the entire evening and morning so I used my T-Mobile network phone hotspot to connect my FireStick. T-Mobile poor coverage was nothing to do with the hotel but that made for near zero internet coverage. The manager was nice enough to print travel docs for me from a flashdrive in his office since the public PCs do not allow USB connections for security. In the morning we decided to go to the airport 4 hours early due to no wifi still and both coffee machines were out of service at the same time with three staff members attempting to service them with another on their phone call. Even with the managers extra efforts to help I think my next layover visit will be to another property as for the price is was pretty poor.

  Waited an hour and ten minutes before the hotel shuttle arrived. Front desk reassured me it passes by every 35 mins, and that it “just left the hotel” so I only had to wait 15 more minutes, but that was far from the truth. I won’t be staying here again. From the time my plane landed and I got to the hotel, it took two hours

  I missed a connecting flight to Australia, due to weather delays. United Airlines gave me a complimentary stay at one of 3 hotels. I chose this Holiday Inn Express and I must say, I certainly choose the perfect place to rest and recuperate. Complimentary shuttle to and from SFO. Front desk staff are outstanding and genuinely helpful. This is a very nice place to stay, honestly. I actually stayed at the same brand hotel in Dubai and found the quality and experience to be much the same as here at this hotel in San Francisco. To add merit to my review.. I've been to 79 countries and 50 states and this was a memorable place to stay that I will return to next time I have a layover at SFO.
