I was charged for a call to the front desk, the concierge and wake up call, none of which connected. The outdated phones don't work as they should in contacting the respective services. Crown plaza is a better hotel brand than represented by this property.

They do not disclose this parking charge in advance! I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card and this hotel is pushing back! Awful! Also, the hotel is old and rundown; it is not a true Crowne Plaza in quality.
