  After 18 hours of travel, I specifically chose this hotel for its park-and-fly convenience and the chance to relax after a long journey. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The shower barely produces any water, and what little comes out isn’t even lukewarm. On top of that, there’s no tub stopper, which means my 4-year-old daughter can’t even take a proper bath. To make matters worse, I tried calling the front desk for assistance and no one answered. We’re only here for one night, thankfully, but this experience has ensured I won’t be returning. These are basic expectations, and it’s unacceptable for a major hotel chain to fall short on such fundamental amenities.

  Malo, no vale lo que cuesta, es más, no recomiendo hospedarse ahí, el hotel está viejo, mal mantenido, parchado, las habitaciones huelen mal, las cortinas están desgastadas y sucias, la cama estuvo ok al igual que el baño y las amenidades, pero todo se siente sucio, viejo y en mal estado. $25 dólares por noche por el parking, tienen un espacio para comprar snacks demasiado básico. No lo recomiendo para nada.

  Where are my money back? I paid 50 pound as deposit! Where are my money?????????? Check yourself first ! I’m waiting since ages my money back! There’s nothing wrong with my bank! So do not try to discharge the responsibility on my bank! You’re just not serious!!!!

  Old fashioned rooms and corridors; in dire need of renovation, extremely poor service for IHG elite members - be aware: You won't be upgraded to a suite and they will lie to your face if you ask them for being upgraded - even if you have the highest IHG status. Positive: complimentary airport shuttle - conclusion: definitely no recommendation!

  Be sure to check your bill if you have a pet. I paid for the premium room, and when I checked it was late and my only focus was sleep. Later in my stay i realized that they put me in similar but different room that was priced less than what i paid for. Now I called before I book, plus after to tell them i have a pet, and even during check in they did not let me know that they couldn’t put me in the room that I had paid for because pets are not allowed on the higher floors. If so the room should have stated that specifically so i could choose a different room. The annoying part is that when i realized and told them about it during my stay, they guy that i told it to said that he will let the reservation department know so they can do an adjustment. When i checked out and asked the lady about the status there were no notes or anything that she was able to see, and she said I would need to talk to the manager who was not there. Plus they had charged me twice for the pet deposit. This place wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t great especially for the price and the name. Small room and thin sheets and comforter. I’ve stayed at cheaper places that were more comfy and spacious. Came here for a conference nearby so it was convenient enough, plus the field right next to it was dog friendly. Not much of too else in the area. The service i had is honestly what made me rate this place lower. The best part of my experience here was the restaurant. Don’t like being told one thing and no follow up. Makes it feel like they just want to tell you want you want to hear but don’t care enough to actually do anything about it Also I paid for breakfast in advance, even told the man when checking in. Next day when it’s time for breakfast I found out that I should have gotten breakfast tickets when I checked in, so that was a bit of inconvenience. If you do stay here, check your bill and make sure you are actually getting the things that you paid for. We have to book a room in the area in a couple months, and although my partner had thought about booking here again originally due to proximity to the airport. With the frustrating and inconvenient experience I got with the service, I feel like there are better options elsewhere.
