  Room was clean and the hotel smelled like flowers. I really enjoyed the scent. Staff was very accommodating to all my needs. The only complaint I had was there are no refrigerators in the rom and no microwave. The snacks available to purchase were priced real high and the croissants available for purchase had mold on them. A trip to Ralph's down the road for breakfast snacks was a must and buying a small disposable cooler solved the problem. I wouldn't mind purchasing these items from the hotel but you get very little for the money. Not enough sugar for the coffee in the rooms. You have to go down to the lobby to get more which is available after 6am. Breakfast buffet was good but pricey. The Kitchen serves about 5 different entrees on their menu. Blackened Salmon was EXCELLENT! You can just walk north on San Fernando blvd. and find all kinds of restaurants that serve excellent food for less. The convenience of the Kitchen was really nice. The doors on the north side of the building were out of order half of my stay. If you smoke you have to go out on the street to do it. They have a designated area if the doors work. 5 stars though..

  We stay there for one night .we got there in the afternoon. Went to bed at night , next day morning we got up and we check out the hotel I realised The bedsheets were all dirty and they never changed it. Please see picture. I told the front desk they didn’t care.

  Front desk staff is great, friendly, helpful! Rooms are fine. Location good if need to be close to Universal, etc. Could save on paid hotel parking and park on street (wish I knew). ***Only big downside is they pump awful and strong synthetic fragrance throughout hotel (not into rooms thankfully) and that stuff (chemical fragrances) is not just bad for sensitive people, but most people don't realize it's loaded with carcinogens and endocrine disruptors etc...and not regulated bc of loopholes in laws. Hotels should never pump chemical fragrance throughout HVAC, it's even worse than exposure to cigarette smoke...if only they did the research. Chemical trespass and especially not good for employee's health. Other than that, which I hope Hilton stops doing, good hotel.

  At check-in, I watched as Denise R talked to and met the needs of each of the three people that she met at the counter with a huge smile. She was very competent and quite quick ( I’m in 4th). Very professional and thoughtful, she knows her job and does it very well…. She is a keeper…. Due for a promotion…. ;)

  Nice, clean hotel with good food and friendly staff. Very good location, walkable to nearby downtown restaurants.
