    I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn several times for business. The restaurant within the hotel is an amazing dining experience. Today, I decided to do breakfast and was greeted by Denise who is very friendly and pleasant. I decided to give the buffet a try and was pleased with the quality and freshness of the food.     My review of the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are so nice and welcoming! Even the wonderful women that cleaned my room! In the hotel however, (in my room) the toilet handle was broken and some of the other guests were a little rowdy but I know that is out of control of the staff. Otherwise the stay was absolutely amazing!

    This definitely a great hotel to stay at! Check In was so easy, and Aishah was so great! She helped my family and I settle in so smoothly. She was very quick to help us with everything! Anything we needed she delivered! The service across the board was amazing! Definitely our go to hotel when we are in the area.

    Disappointing stay!!! Staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and are too busy standing around talking to each-other vs their job aka assisting guests. I stood around for 5 minutes trying to get their attention while they talked about music and treated me rudely/ blew me off… Emily at the front desk can’t follow a simple request. We asked to not be disturbed and for a note to be added to our room. My partner then receives several txts late at night from Emily and find she didn’t add the note to our room as requested. I had to literally tape the dnd sign up and still had a maid attempt to enter my room. I am hearing drunk domestic disputes through the thin walls and the rooms are sub par for this price point. Upon checking in there’s a substance splattered on the wall, layers of caked dust, and unclean surfaces. I took my pillow cases off and saw I’m sleeping on someone else’s blood!!!!! Do better and actually clean vs choking your guests with a heavy perfume when they exit the elevators it’s nauseating!!!

    Diamond Members Experience- It was clean, but they communicated horribly. Training in customer service is needed across the board, but the manager did credit a half day on each of my 4 rooms. To start, we arrived at 7:30 in the morning and asked if it would be possible to get an early check-in. We were told that the housekeeping staff was starting to arrive and would be cleaning so Jazmin was sure she could get us in. We quickly ran to get some coffee and returned. Upon arrival, we were given one room and told to wait for the others. We explained that we had no problem putting all of our belongings in that one room, but was told to wait and was assured that she could get us in. During what turned into a 4 hour wait, we were told to come back to the desk in 10 minutes a few times, observed a conversation between the front desk clerk and the housekeeping manager about the available cleaned rooms and giving us some, were told rooms had already been promise to one arriving pilots, that people online had already checked into them, and so on. The lies never stopped. We eventually asked for a manager, only to find out later after speaking with unknowledgeable and untrained staff that we were talking to Elif, the Sales Manger. We explained that after waiting 4 hours, that we could not imagine only one room was cleaned and were still being told that no rooms were available. She told us that it wasn't hard to believe that one room had been cleaned because they have to ensure that we don't get an unclean room. We found the comment to be outrageous, but she held a straight face and said it was possible. She was further so absurd that she did nothing to resolve our issue like asking if any rooms were now available with housekeeping, but instead recommended a courtesy of giving us a "free cancellation so we can find another hotel." We explained that we chose that location for a reason, had no problem if we were initially told that they could not check us in, but having us wait and dangling rooms was unacceptable. During our conversation with her, Lester who was the Hotel Accountant interjected without knowing what we had discussed, that check-in is not until 3 and that no rooms were available. Later, we were contacted by the general manger who tried to make the situation better by offering half off our first night, but I am still disappointed by their lack of communication and ability to resolve a common issue. All of this could have been avoided if we were initially told that no early check-in could happen. We would have been fine.
