  This was a great hotel, staff are very friendly, room was nice and clean. This is valley parking only so be prepared for that. Close to the Burbank airport so easy to get in and out.

  Tens across the board for this property and the Staff. Nomey took care of us our whole stay and she was excellent!

  This is hands down the worst hotel experience of my life — and yes, I am saying this clearly: the staff were openly racist, especially toward Asians. If you are Asian, I strongly recommend you do not stay here. We arrived after a long trip with two young kids, completely exhausted — the kind of exhaustion where you can barely stand or walk. We checked in and went up to our assigned room on the 3rd floor… only to find that someone was already inside the room. Let that sink in. We literally opened the door and found another guest already occupying it. That is not just unacceptable — it is a serious safety issue. We went back downstairs, shocked and frustrated. While we were standing there waiting, the front desk guy was checking in another guest and was extremely friendly to her, smiling and handing her a bag of goodies — while completely ignoring us, even though we were clearly waiting and had just reported a major issue. Then another staff member came over — rude, cold, and with zero apology — and simply clicked around on the computer and handed us a new room key like we were the problem. The replacement room was facing the freeway, and the noise was unbearable. We could not sleep at all. Between the dangerous room assignment, the complete lack of professionalism, and the blatant discriminatory behavior, this hotel deserves zero stars. I have stayed in many hotels — this was by far the most disrespectful and disturbing experience. Avoid this place.

  Everybody was so friendly, nice, a helpful. From the valet, to the front desk staff, to housekeeping. I can't express enough how kind everyone was.

  Wanted a hotel close to Universal Studios. The place was very nice, nothing major to complain about. You can get noise if you are on a lower floor from kids running around on the floors above you and yes you will get some noise from outside traffic but this wasn’t a huge deal for us. The room was clean and roomy but furniture and fixtures def needed updating. The bathroom was fine, beds were ok, pillows were WAY too soft for me (I needed 3 just to elevate my head). The free breakfast was ok, what you’d expect, eggs, potatoes, muffins, waffles etc. I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for valet parking (not optional) but considering the area this seems to be the norm. They have a free cookies and milk service each night which is a nice touch, free coffee in the lobby, free morning paper etc. I would stay here again. The price was very fair considering the location and room size. We got 2 queens with a pullout bed. It could use a deep clean and def use some updating but overall better than avg for this price range.
