    I have NEVER had such horrible service and the lady is very RACIST! I wish i could give a minus 10 🌟! Me and my family travel quite often and stay at many different places. I cant comprehend how this place is connected to best Western brand. They r rude and racist and they r thieves! U r better off at motel 6! I walked into room and it was okay at first glance. I woke up with bug bites on my neck! The worst customer service of my life! ( coming from me who has 17 years of customer service experience). I had a family emergency and had to leave early last Saturday. I woke up with bug bites on ny neck as well!!! They wouldnt let me check out early because i was booked till Monday, which i never heard of before either. And i had a cash deposit which the lady REFUSED to give me a receipt for at check in! And i live 3 hours away from there and added my sister to he able to pick it up. They said no problem. When my sister went there today they REFUSED to give the money back and had a fake signature that someone picked it up already which was a lie. And had to file a police report! They are liars and a thief and everyone with these complaint i encourage u to call the BBB and health department and best western corporate office as well. I already have As i see on here im NOT the only 1 they Have done this to. And the more people who speak up then they will stop STEALING from innocent people who have bills to pay!

    They are remodeling. Once they get done I think it will be nice. It's a work in progress. The staff was great. Close to Knox Berry Farm.

    Well decorated, with quality furniature that looks stylish. I love the headboards... So I took one home with me, and it looks a great on my bed! ɐɥɐɥɐɥɐɥ Jk
