For generations, guests have been enjoying the hospitality found at the Knott’s Hotel which is located just steps away from the world-famous Knott’s Berry Farm theme park. The hotel recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation with redesigned guestrooms and event space, newly concepted food and beverage outlets, and welcoming public spaces, all featuring a refined look that pays homage to the park’s founders, Walter and Cordelia Knott.
Located just minutes from other Orange County's top attractions, Knott's Hotel continues to provide business and leisure guests with comfortable accommodations while the transformation is underway. All 322 guestrooms have been recently re-designed, offering a stylish, country guest house feel with a charm and laid-back warmth.
The property also boasts the largest convention and meeting room space in the Buena Park area, including an 8,400 square-foot ballroom, a professional event planning staff and an onsite culinary team. Other amenities include a fitness room, coffee shop, and a large outdoor pool area complete with a splash pad.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel. Service animals are welcome. A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature pony that has been individually trained to perform tasks for a person with disabilities. We may ask you what task your service animal performs for you.
Service animals must be controlled with a “restraining device” at all times while on our property. There is a limit of one service animal per guest. We are not permitted to take control of your service animal.
Can I change what card I use?
Yes. Changes to payment type can be made by contacting the reservations office at 866-752-2444. Changes must be made at least 4 days prior to the scheduled payment.
What if I change my reservation?
Dates of stay for the reservation may be changed to within the current calendar year. Reservation subject to rate of new dates of stay. Changing a reservation will not change your payment schedule, but the amount due may change based on any change in the value of the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy applies. Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the reservations arrival date will have no cancellation fees, however, if a reservation is canceled within the 72 hours of the arrival date a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax will be charged.
What if my card declines the payment?
You will receive a reminder e-mail 3 days prior to the payment being charged. Please be sure there are sufficient funds to cover this charge. If your payment declines, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Guests will receive an e-mail with additional information if the card declines on the payment attempt.
When does the reservation have to be paid in full?
Reservations must be paid in full upon arrival. No payments will be scheduled after date of arrival.
