Had a great stay for two nights this week. Upon driving to the airport an hour away I realized I forgot an item in my room. I called the hotel and Juana answered and assured me she would go find the item and we worked out how I can get it returned to my house. She was very helpful and I really appreciate it.

The room they assigned me was dirty. The room they assigned my daughter and her family smelled like a dog had peed in it recently. We both switched rooms and the room they gave me on the first floor ended up being next to the kitchen. I kept hearing Lullaby and good night music all night and then bright and early they started making breakfast waking me up from what little sleep I got, because of the music.

This hotel is so disappointing. I’m a diamond member and we were given a room that was not clean. Then changed rooms and the other room was just as disappointing. The wallpaper is coming off the wall in both rooms. There’s a musty smell in the rooms. The bed creaked and cracked like it was 20 years old. I’m not a big person and the bed sunk in the middle. I would never stay there again, Hilton needs to do a remodel.

Service was top notch with everyone I encountered! Everyone was so nice, helpful and informative. Breakfast was also great! Thank you for welcoming everyone in the wedding group and giving us a place to gather. I’m not sure if I’ll ever need to come back to Brentwood, CA but I know where I’ll be staying if I do!
