  Wonderful service. All areas are clean and in good working condition. The facility is starting to show it age. Furniture is looking a little work and tired.

  Do NOT book a room at Hampton Inn Brentwood. Even though we did not stay, the cancellation process, lack of professionalism, the amount of getting bounced around from person to person was HORRIBLE. Not to mention NO ONE solved our problem. We booked a room, had a family emergency, decided to come home vs. staying overnight and the aftermath of this decision was something we did not expect. The day after we booked the room thru the hotel website, I called them to discuss cancelling. I got passed along quite a few times. The "hotel planner" sent my request to the escalation team and we were sent an e-mail that they were working on our request. After multiple e-mails we were told the room was cancelled. We thought all was good. A few days later we were charged for the stay/room (it was not cheap)! What? Upon contacting the hotel to try and get answers, we were told to send an e-mail. We did. We were then told that since the booking was made thru Booking.com, which is WASN'T, that the hotel couldn't refund our money. Now, multiple e-mails later the hotel kept insisting that we booked thru Booking.com and we DIDN'T. Hampton Inn Brentwood are LIARS, THIEVES, and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At all costs, literally and figuratively, don't ever stay at Hampton Inn Brentwood.

  Don't sleep on this place. Sleep IN this place. This hotel is awesome. 100%, A+. It is very clean, tons of parking, and right next to an ice cream shop. Starbucks across the street. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very well kept. The best part of our stay was this team they have. We called the manager the day we checked in and she hooked us up with rooms all together, with the other families we were traveling with. The wonderful breakfast host, help me find some honey for my daughter who was not feeling well, and she just kept bringing out the continental breakfast goodies. The coffee was great and the food was plentiful and delicious. The front desk duo (check in night / check out day). They were too cool. Chris, was gracious enough to rock out with me, and give us this iconic Jack White, Jack Black air guitar jam session!

  The service is great. Juana, the young lady who help me, was kind and professional. I drove through the night and need a room at 8 am. She not only let me book a room and check in but she called around to be sure I was getting the best deal available. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is okay. I will definitely be staying here if I'm in the area again. Also Juana need a raise.
