- SMStacey MacLachlanMay 20, 20234.0We loved the location of this hotel. 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, and 15 min from restaurants and shopping in Franklin. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was hot and plentiful and the rooms clean. Our only complaint was the internet. We were given a wifi password upon check in, but the connection didn't require one. I could connect to the network, but it seemed to be firewalled. While I could google things, I could not click on any website. I couldn't even go on the Best Western website. My friend could not connect at all. As well, the service for using our own mobile data plans was spotty. The woman at the front desk was friendly about the problem, but could not offer a solution to help. It was clear this was a common issue with no fix. So while we suffered with the first world problem of no wifi and slow internet speeds, we did enjoy our stay here.
