My husband stayed out at this hotel for a work project, a female front desk staff member by the name of Mabelize obtained my husband’s phone number some how and began to text him. Very unprofessional!!
I hope hotel management takes this issue seriously and ensures that staff respect guests. I would caution others to be aware of this issue until it is resolved. This behavior crossed professional boundaries and raised serious concerns about guest privacy.

I’m on a long road trip and pulled off the highway at one in the morning looking forward to a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. The lobby was open and the employee was there to greet me. I told her I was looking for a bed and she said they didn’t have any. I was surprised and just said it back to her like a question cause it felt weird. She said well we don’t have any until six because I already did my audit for the night. That should not be a reason to turn away somebody who needs a place to sleep when you are working at a hotel. I have worked at a hotel before but would never turn away the guest because I’ve already done the paperwork for the evening. An employee should never lose money for a company.
