  Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the breakfast/kitchen lady, she was amazing, kept everything clean and fresh, and had such a positive attitude. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

  Hotel room was nasty very unclean the girl at the front desk her name was Mariah I sat there an literally seen her get an attitude with a customer because she kept making mistakes she charge the young lady card 3 times after she already booked I felt so bad for the young lady because she ( Mariah ) front desk clerk constantly kept being rude to her while the young lady kept telling her she's booked in could she speak with the manager ( Mariah ) front desk clerks walks away in goes to the back room in speaks with the manager next thing I know the manager didn't even try to handle the situation right or here the young lady she just tells her she not allowed back I felt so bad because the young lady kids in husband was with her in all I kept hearing her say is this is messed up I come here to take my kids swimming. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again what she did ( Mariah) front desk clerk was distasteful as well as the manager saying she calling the police if she doesn't leave the property the manager didn't handle the situation well in the young lady didn't do anything wrong upon arriving she asked to speak to the manager politely so for that I will never stay at this hotel

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn express & suites in Blythe, CA last year in October and was pleased with my stay. Had to stop here to sleep. Arrived here at 11PM 🕚. Very late! Check in wasn’t too hard the bed was decently comfy. I mean I’d rather prefer my bed at home but I think everyone would rather sleep in their own bed 😂 and needed my rest! Had a road trip to Dallas to complete! Explored a bit of Blythe before continuing my journey! What made me feel better was that I was already close to Arizona so not much longer to go I guess.. would stay again!

  Stayed here strategically as we were done with our business conference in Palm Desert, but we still wanted to sightsee around Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park, but we wanted a shorter drive to depart from PHX, so this was a compromise location. Relative to the dilapidated and depressing town in which it is located, this hotel is a gem. The nearby Comfort Inn looks new and possibly comparable, but all the other places to stay around here did not seem appealing. Our room was clean and large. We had a quirky random noise that we could not find or silence, but we survived. The bathroom door closing itself was a fine concept but annoying and loud if we let it slam shut. The automatic lights in the bathroom, another good idea in theory until you get up to pee in the middle of the night and WOW, LIGHTS! We did not try the free breakfast, so cannot comment. Both nights we were there the hotel and parking lot were completely full. Oddly enough, this hotel had the absolute nicest and cleanest stairwell of any hotel or office building we have ever seen. (We always take the stairs when we can. Which was ideal here because the elevator was the slowest we have ever used.) Impressive!
