Location isn't the best.. there's a few diners/Restaurants nearby but otherwise it's on an old industrial area that seems fairly deserted.

- CBCandice BOct 14, 20255.0I was slightly nervous to stay in Blythe. But this Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and their free breakfast was actually good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins, pancakes, milk, and a juice machine. My kids loved the free coloring pages with crayons in the lobby. They have a good-sized pool. The one downfall would be that it is right next to a 76 gas station. We got in kind of late and a guy was painting his nails with markers at the drive-up area while sitting on the curb. The parking lot could use some additional lighting.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and were surprised that this hotel was way nicer and cheaper priced than the one we had just stayed at in LA owned by Hilton. The front desk lady that was working in the 9-10 pm shift on Saturday was very nice and helped me with some things my daughter needed as we didnt anticipate staying an extra night in CA. She even moved our room to a huge room after our 1st room had extremely noisy people above us. The free breakfast was actually good and the room was clean and well lit. The only complaints I'd say were that the TV had no apps just cable but really that isnt that big a deal, and the fire alarm in both rooms made a click noise every few seconds and the window shade wouldn't go down in either room, but we needed to wake up earlier anyway.
