- PBPamela BDec 5, 20251.0My husband and I chose this place because they promote themselves as recently renovated and after 5 hours of driving I needed a functional bath tub to relieve my painful back and be ready for another 5 hours of driving the next day. We checked in and when I tested the bathtub in our room it was not working. I tried to call the front desk by the room’s telephone was also not working. Went down to the front desk (3 times!) and the receptionist offered the keys to two additional rooms and their bath tubs were also non functional. We asked to talk to the manager on site to allow for a refund but the manager was unavailable until after the weekend (this was a Friday). My husband and I decided to check out because we needed a fully working bathroom that night, we did not touch the room. Monday I received an email saying that my refund was denied and I have tried for 5 days to communicate with them to find out why it was denied - to no avail. This place doesn’t even have the basic amenities (like telephones and bathtubs) in good shape and there’s no one of authority to discuss your concerns when you have one. Never staying again in this chain of hotels. Bad amenities bad service at a much more expensive rate per night than most hotels around it.

The room was clean, quiet and close to the ice machine! The food was plentiful and the attendant was kind and friendly. No complaints here.
