This is a great and convenient stop for an overnight stay while traveling to and from California from Phoenix. Check in was very easy and quick. Access to the room was easy. Exactly what you want for an overnight stay. Easy access on and off the interstate and far enough to not hear the freeway.

Enjoyed a night at this location and got some much needed rest. This location is right off the freeway and right outside of the Arizona border. I believe that here's a gas on the other side of the freeway, otherwise it's just land. You'll have to drive down to the next exit if you're looking for a place to eat/shop. This hotel was nice, and comfy. Bed was comfortable. I forgot to snap some photos during our stay for my review but the 2 queen bedroom was spacious. Room 323. The only downside is that the barn door for the bathroom. It only has the railing at the top and as I closed the door, the bottom part of the door swung outwards. There's about a 2 to 3 inch gap at the top where the railing runs, so there is no privacy at all. Also, when the door is shut, it's not fully shut as there is a thin gap. So, if someone could clearly see you from the otherside of the door. I would recommend putting the old doors back cause apparently there is no pricy whatsoever. If you're with your spouse then it might be okay, but I wouldn't want the odor from the bathroom to seep into the room area. The bathrooms has a vent which is great. Hotel also provides shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two small soap bars for the sink and shower. If you're traveling with Friends, you might want to get separate rooms due to the bathroom situations or use the bathroom on the main floor for privacy. They offer hot breakfast that offers waffles, bagels, pastry's, Oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, broiled eggs, sausage, and egg omellette; however, I would have liked the option of a omellette with ham as someone who doesn't eat ham or meat.

My go to hotel when heading to Phoenix from California. Rooms are clean, decent, big TV that swivels, unhealed outdoor pool & a warm hot tub @101 °. Windows are hermetic sealed so no fresh air but bath has separate switch for fan. Bed is comfortable but pillows are all soft, no firm ones. Small fridge, no freezer, but has all shelves. Shower head & water pressure are good. Desk has 1 (one) outlet inside lamp. Bedside table has 2, plus 2 USB outlet. Coffee near front desk is cold. Waffles stick to waffle maker. Location is quiet and secluded. There is absolutely NOTHING within walking distance. - would I stay again? Absolutely. - Recommend? Yes, but read above

I read all the reviews of this place and I had a great experience so I wanted to counter the low stars. This place is super clean, friendly service and the location felt safe. They had plenty of parking for our long bed truck and 20ft trailer. We got in late and left early but it is one of the cleanest and nicest roadside hotels we’ve stayed at cross country. The water in the showers was hot and the whole room was pristine. A great place to rest on a long drive. Just call and book it, glad I did! The other exit of Blythe is a more sketchy area and this hotel is in a desolate area with not much around. If we ever drive thru this area again, I’d stay here. Also, the odd number rooms have a beautiful view of the sunrise coming over the mountains. If you happen to wake up early, open your blinds and you’ll watch something magical!
