Welcome to Bishop, California where guests enjoy stunning scenery known as "California's Hidden Treasure" We are located in the Eastern Sierra's in between the Eastern entrance to Yosemite and the Western entrance to Death Valley
Whether you are coming to the area to go fishing in our beautiful lakes and streams, or taking a break from hiking the John Muir trail, our hotel is centrally located in Bishop and is within walking distance of most stores and restaurants.
After a long day fishing our hotels offers a 10 minute massage on our Hydro Massage chair, or take a walk to the city park located right next to the hotel. Before you head home you can walk to the famous Schat's Bakery to get your goodies.

- AMAlec MoseleyFeb 5, 20263.0Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is good and the coffee is ok. Gym is your basic gym in every hotel but is right next to the pool so has a strong chlorine smell in there. Worst thing about this hotel is the abysmal WiFi. Can barely do anything on it at all. Trying to make a basic cell phone call and you’ll get the occasional call failed because of it. Photos and videos just simply will not load. If you cannot tell yet, the WiFi suuuckkkss. Location is good
- CYChen YangJan 25, 20261.0This is probably the worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed at and definitely one of the lowest-end Holiday Inns. The soundproofing was poor. My room was near the stairs, and I could feel the bed shaking when people ran or jumped on the stairs. Even worse was the gap under the door. I could clearly smell smoke from the corridor, possibly from cigarettes or popcorn. The odor was so strong that it sometimes woke me up at night. Although the hotel claims to have a no-smoking policy, some guests still smoked, and the staff were unable to locate them. The fire alarm never went off either. The mattress was slightly tilted toward the center, a bit damp, and very hard. I don’t think other IHG hotels use mattresses of such low quality.

Unable to cancel a room due to travel and weather conditions (they make their own policies and are completely different from other IHG properties.) Was headed to So Cal. and was able to cancel rooms down there as they understood the rough weather conditions and event cancellations happening. Still waiting for a call back from the Bishop general manager after two days! No decency and surely not trying to receive return business.
