I do not leave reviews often, and even less often do I leave bad reviews. Our hotel room was completely inhabitable. The room was 85 degrees with the window open and even the door to our room open all night. I had called the front desk and was told there is nothing that can be done about the heat. I then read reviews and noticed we are not the only victims. Until management can pony up to fix the AC, I would sleep in my car before spending another night here.

Nice clean hotel in a perfect location. It wasn't as quiet the second night as the first because of someone that kept walking back and forth above us, which I found pretty strange. Room had a fireplace which was pretty cool. Perfect location if you don't want to drive around and want to be able to walk to the stores, restaurants or to have a drink.

The AC in the rooms weren't working so they're using central air which made it uncomfortably warm. We had to keep opening our sliding door which had no screen doors which is like a cheap motel. We requested for upper balcony at time of reservation but got bottom floor. We cracked open the door in the middle of the night on the bottom floor to cool the room. Tried to sleep with one eye open to monitor the door and making sure no critters wandered into our room. The hotel is a little dated and needs some upgrade. It's more like a standard hotel vs a "resort". Location sits right at the entry of the village which is perfect walking distance to the shops and lake. Hope they can improve the hotel AC and add in the screen doors. Overpriced for it's condition.

I came here last year it was a great experience. I recently came back this year in October for a 2 night stay completely different experience. As soon as we checked in rude customer service and the bathroom sink did not work in one of the rooms I reserved. Both rooms were extremely cold had problems with the heater. There was a problem with one of the maintenance staff he kept following staring at my husband stalker vibes I felt unsafe, I did report this to the Supervisor. After check out I was charged for many fees one was a charge for my service animal $150 which I stated to the check in staff that I have the documentation and $150 for noise violation because my dog was barking. Saturday 10/18 spoke to Debra she agreed to refund a total of $180 also spoke to Stephanie regards to the refund she also said it was being refunded. As of today no refund has been accredited to my account. Spoke to a gentleman today he stated that I need to speak to my bank representative, I spoke to my bank representative and no refund has been processed in my account. The whole entire staff are liars and unprofessional. I will be reporting this issue to FTC.
