- EBErzhena BazarovaJan 5, 20264.0Weve booked through Expedia, it shows total price for staying. But after the payment I had to pay extra 40 for parking, which was not shown before I booked it. I tried to explain that this extra cost was not reflected in info when I was booking. After that I got the darkest room with no natural light and the view from my room was awful. It was on old house with garbage. It is kinda hard to find some time to go out with my family especially the last times, it the trip was difficult due to the weather and roads were blocked. And the whole experience from this small travel softly spoken is not as wonderful as I could wish. I am not a peaky customer, and try to see best from my experience but this time I was upset.

El cuarto de juegos requiere un poco de atención, ya que huele mal, y es un poco difícil para personas con alguna condición física llegar a las habitaciones, ya que tiene muchos desniveles. El resto del hotel está impecable. Desayuno incluido con buen café. Habitaciones hermosas, cómodas y con chimenea. Un lugar muy pintoresco.

Breakfast was good and staff are quick on relling any item. Location was good not too far from attractions. We used the gaming room which was entertaing.

Cafe da manha pessimo sem qualidade uma imundice no local e nos aperelhos de cafe etc ! Muito ruim nem conseguimos comer nada ! Soh as laranjas dava para comer e as maças i restante nai tinha condiçoes !

The outside of the hotel is very dramatic when you arrive, not like a typical hotel. The lobby, dining room, and hallways are large and spacious. There is beautiful marble on the walls and floors and even in the bathroom of the rooms - real marble! The room was very clean, modern and so fun to have a fireplace!!! The hallways and lobby were clean, had real poinsettias on the tables lining the hallway and decorated for the season. The desk clerks could not have been nicer and more helpful! Penny was especially wonderful and gave me a tip on a great walking path and gave me some history on the building! This is not your normal hotel. The free breakfast room is spacious, clean and has typical food. However, they had a huge bowl of fresh fruit and good muffins, which isn't always the case! The location is very close to the zoo and the ski resort. This is not your typical hotel and it's a real treat to stay here. I highly recommend. You do have to pay for parking.
