I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Los Angeles, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt incredibly welcoming, cozy, and comforting — just like home. The entire team was exceptionally kind and helpful, always making sure every detail was perfect.
A very special thank you to Teresa, who went above and beyond with her kindness and care. She made my stay even more memorable with her warm attitude and thoughtful service.
The restaurant was wonderful as well — inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and staff who genuinely care about creating a great experience. My room was perfect: beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable.
Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons for making my stay so wonderful. I can’t wait to come back!

It’s the only place I will stay in LA for business and pleasure. Great location and exceptional service. Rooms can vary greatly but are all very nice, some are just nicer than others.

My husband and I came here for a massage and day at the pool to celebrate our newborn. We got a babysitter etc so we could enjoy the day. The massage itself was good but the service at the pool was comically terrible. It was almost empty, and we asked for the pool attendee to clear off dirty towels / dishes from the poolside spots so we could move closer. He was frazzled despite there being only a few other guests in the area, so he forgot. We then ordered spicy margaritas and food from another attendee or server that was walking around, and he forgot to place the food and didn’t bring spicy margaritas (just normal). At that point, we just ended up leaving and going to Hillstone down the street. It was a bummer because the massages were almost $1000, so the service should have been top notch. We’re all for doing fancy experiences in LA to celebrate, so we expected this to be a new favorite go-to. Really was a bummer for something we were so excited for - after getting the babysitter, etc.

I recently stayed at the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, and it completely lived up to the brand’s reputation for timeless elegance and five-star service.
Everything about the hotel felt classic, refined, and immaculately clean. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Beverly Hills, just steps from Rodeo Drive.
From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel genuinely cared for. Housekeeping was incredibly detailed and attentive, responding almost instantly whenever anything was needed. Every interaction, from the valet team to reception, was warm, polished, and effortless.
The room décor was elegant and comfortable, with high-quality finishes and a very cozy bed. The pool area was calm and well maintained, and the restaurant offered delicious meals with excellent presentation.
The only small downside was that I could sometimes hear other guests opening or closing doors on the same floor, which occasionally woke me early in the morning.
Other than that, it was a flawless stay ,a perfect mix of historic charm and modern luxury. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles or Beverly Hills.

Review for Beverly Wilshire Hotel – Stay Experience
I stayed at the Beverly Wilshire and was disappointed with how privacy was handled. We had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, yet the room phone rang late at night, waking us up. Then, even while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still on, the operator called again asking us to open the door so someone could collect a candy from the minibar.
At a hotel of this level, I expected much more respect for guests’ privacy and peace. The experience was frustrating and left me questioning how the staff are trained to handle guest boundaries.
