- VDVenice DunnFeb 28, 20261.0The first touch is the worst. The valet “Guest services” remains abysmal. God forbid they have an onsite event. Valet tops 2hours. And don’t expect your car to be given back in the same way it was when u left it in their hands. Your car WILL be damaged. I have the receipts, screenshots, timeline and video. Just go to the Beverly Hills Hotel instead.

Just eating at the restaurant was financially difficult. After I finished the meeting (which got me my first client), I tried to pay the valet and he refused to take my money. He said I didn't need to pay because I was a VIP. Not only did he help me, he did it in a way that made me feel good about myself when I needed it. I've come back to your hotel for several meetings since then because of how much that experience meant. Everyone in the restaurant and valet is so wonderful. Thank you very much for many great experiences.

I’ve stayed here a few times and the standard is consistently high. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very comfortable, well maintained and generous in size. I highly recommend it if you want to be in Beverly Hills and want to experience the best of LA.
