We were a bit disappointed in our room this past visit: the bathroom was dated and I had to summon housekeeping to vacuum the carpets upon our arrival. However, the views from our suite overlooking the pool and downtown LA are so beautiful. The staff may have been alerted to my “pickiness” as they went overboard keeping the room serviced well over our 5 night stay.

However the furniture/overall design of the room wasnt of quality or design, the only fridge was a dinky mini bar crammed with over priced drinks (we've stayed at Motel 6s with classier fridges), the complimentary coffee was a joke (especially for a five star price). We were a bit surprised they didnt have toothbrushes or eye contact solution available. I know this is beverly hills but we've stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels that have better/equal accommodations.

Everyone, absolutely everyone, is an excellent person who is always willing to help with a kind smile. It's no coincidence that people have been working there for so many years. The only bad thing about this hotel is when you have to leave; I never want to leave. Thank you for everything, and we'll see you soon.
